We stay in the rooms with the spiral staircase. The hotel is located a short distance from the city centre, zoo and Cheshire Oaks. We have stayed at the Pulford Grosvenor a few times now and wouldn't go anywhere else in the area. The only negative thing about it was that it ended and I so didn’t want it to ever end!! Will defo be back…

This was my first spa treatment there and I have had many facials in my life some good some not so good and this was one of the best.

One more pub like but upmarket pub and one fancy restaurant vibe. Eaten there a few times and always good food and service nice range and quality of food in both restaurants. Lovely sauna steam room and jacuzzi and pool and gym. Lovely setting as well and health club fab too. But my daughter said her therapist was equally as good so think it must just be the standard at the spa. I asked the name of the therapist in case the other therapists weren’t as wonderful as her and she is Lucy. Lots of massage, oil in the hair, just so relaxing and products were lovely citrus smell I think. They didn’t leave the room like some therapists do. Was absolutely amazing and I think the best facial I’ve had. Booked the 1 hour 15 minute Elemis facials. Visited with my daughter as a treat for her 25th birthday.
